Release, Welcome, and Surround Yourself Purposefully

Today's top 3 lessons learned from my #engaging #Toastmasters group:

1. #Release the #past and #welcome the fresh #future. Sarah's New Year's Eve tradition is to open the window at midnight to symbolize this concept.

2. Silence your phone before entering meetings...oops.

3. Surround yourself with #likeminded people. Our group has a common desire to continually #learn, grow, and self-develop towards what we are compelled.
