HR Solutions, LLC's founder, Deborah Jenkins, is the highly qualified principal Speaker | Trainer | Facilitator | Leadership Consultant | Writer and has over twenty five years of real world experience in human resource management, accounting, instruction, business operations, consulting, and public speaking.  She has worked in a variety of industries including legal, construction, medical, telecommunications, fitness, non-profit, public, higher education, manufacturing, fitness, and retail.  In addition to having a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and an Associate's Degree in Accounting, she also has earned Professional Certifications from renowned organizations including an SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) an PHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), OSHA Training, and SHRM's Employing Abilities @Work Certificate.  Further, she has been an active member and board member for MT SHRM local chapter and state council, as well as Toastmaster’s International local chapters.

Deborah is a life-long Montanan and when she isn’t busy with her business, she enjoys roaming the mountains while camping, hiking, and 4-wheeler adventures, tooling the lakes on her SeaDoo’s, tending to her yard and garden, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying the arts and pleasures of her home State of Montana and beyond.
