Palms Down/Palms Up: Calming Your Stress

Even before you notice the rise in you stress level, check your breathing pattern. It likely is short, shallow, and rapid. You are exhaling all of that healthy oxygen before it can circulate properly throughout your body. This is what you can do.


Take the time to invest in your health and well-being with a short 30-second pause in your busy life to calm down, breath, and meditate with the palms down/palms up exercise (or paws down/up if you are a pet lover like me).
