This latest training and certificate that I have completed was a fantastic course on #inclusion, focusing on the #abilities of the #disabled, #ADA laws, and smart #staffingpractices.
Did you realize that roughly 25% of adults with a disability acquired their disability later in life, and that 10% of Americans have 'invisible' disabilities? I will definitely use this new statistical knowledge to update my #Diversity, #Equality, and #Inclusion Training program that I provide.
