Be Flexible, Brave, and Lean on your Team

After stepping in last minute to give a #speech for our #toastmasters meeting last week, and #learning from some of the masters like Dr. Rich Briener, these are my top 3 #lessons learned last week:

1. Being #flexible leads to unexpected opportunities.

2. To paraphrase Dr. Briener, #embraceyourfears and the road will lead to exceptional #results.

3. Utilizing #teamwork leads to a sense of #unity, #bonding, and a whole lot less #stress.
